Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, such as books and apparel, your items may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages at different times. This is because some products are fulfilled by different printing and shipping partners.

When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges if the order must be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item so we can work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
